Fabio Potenzano

100% Sicilian, the desire to learn leads Fabio Potenzano to work in the kitchens of renowned restaurants in Palermo since the age of 13. After graduating from the Istituto Alberghiero, he begins a long journey through the “beautiful country” between prestigious restaurants and hotels. He then returns back to Sicily and work in a 2 Michelin-star restaurant. In March 2005 he began his experience as a cooking instructor and continued his training meeting the best Masters of Italian cuisine and pastry. Since 2014 he is part of the Italian National Chefs and, since the same year, he is one of the Chefs of Rai 2 Channel, in the tv-program “Detto Fatto”.
