Accademia del gusto
The “Accademia del Gusto” is located in the town of Osio Sotto, next to the cities of Bergamo and Milan, and set in the middle of Lombardy landscape, it is an excellent training center dedicated to food and wine.
The school represents the recognition due to the efforts and professionalism acquired in the training sector by Confcommercio Bergamo, which has long been active in promoting the culture of national and local gastronomy.
The structure is equipped with cutting-edge tools and equipment, highly innovative laboratories, classrooms for theoretical and practical cooking lessons and a room dedicated to tastings.
We organize courses of any level, both for enthusiasts and for established professionals, ranging from basic routes to become bartenders, pizza chefs, cooks, up to master of updating with opinion leaders from the industry.
The staff of the Accademia del Gusto is available to study customized training solutions and to organize guided tours of the school.

Favini
Dove possiamo utilizziamo per il packaging carta FAVINI CRUSH, carta ecologica realizzata con sottoprodotti di lavorazioni agro-industriali, in particolare con residui di agrumi, kiwi, mais, caffè, olive, nocciole, mandorle, lavanda e ciliegie.
Crush è la nuova gamma ecologica di Favini realizzata con sottoprodotti di lavorazioni agro-industriali che sostituiscono fino al 15% della cellulosa proveniente da albero.
Comunemente utilizzati come integratori in zootecnia, combustibili per la produzione di energia o eliminati in discarica, i residui di agrumi, kiwi, mais, caffè, olive, nocciole, mandorle, lavanda e ciliegie vengono riutilizzati da Favini come materia prima nobile trovando quindi un impiego alternativo al tradizionale. I materiali sono visibili sulla superficie della carta e donano un aspetto tattile inusuale.
Le carte sono certificate FSC, OGM free, contengono il 30% di riciclato post consumo e sono prodotte con 100% energia verde autoprodotta. Il prodotto ed il processo produttivo sono protetti da brevetto europeo.
